Dear carer, 

NHS North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group (NCL CCG) is seeking your views on your experiences of the Looked After Children Health Services. The engagement window for giving us your feedback is open from the 1 March 2022 to 25 March 2022.

This survey is open to children and young people in care, carers and care leavers in Barnet, Camden, Islington, Haringey and Enfield.

You can complete the survey by clicking on the link towards the bottom of this screen. 

Please note that everything you say in the survey is anonymised and no one will know what your own personal view is.

As a thank you for completing the survey you can leave your name/ email address if you would like to be entered into a draw for a £10 Love to Shop voucher. We will contact you by Friday 8th April if your name has been drawn to receive a voucher.

Please note that names will only be used for this purpose, not shared with anyone and deleted when the survey is closed.
