Community Nursing Project - Nursing Engagement

Overview

Camden CCG is conducting a survey looking at the local district nursing service run by Central and North West London Foundation Trust (CNWL).

In 2014/15 the CCG undertook a review of the community health services provided by CNWL and the findings recommended that we spend more on district nursing services.

The improvements to the district nursing service will include looking at ways of investing in community nursing with CNWL. In addition, it has been highlighted that some GP practices have problems recruiting practice nurses, so we are exploring the different ways that we may be able to offer support with this.
