Meet the CPO Questions

Closed 12 Sep 2022

Opened 1 Sep 2022

Overview

I joined the organisation on 1 July 2022 and over the past couple of months, I’ve had the opportunity to start to meet some of you either in person or online. As I’m starting to get to understand the organisation a bit better, now feels like a good time to introduce myself to the wider organisation and to get to know as many of you as possible.

As the Chief People Officer is a brand new role for the ICB in this session I will take the opportunity to introduce myself, my role and what I see as the priorities for both our organisation and the wider system. I’ll also touch on some of our more immediate priorities.

During this session, I’d also like to hear from you and if you have a question, which we will treat as anonymous, then please submit this by clicking the link below.

The form will be open until Monday 12 September.

Best wishes

Sarah Louise Morgan

NCL ICB Chief People Officer
