NCL Community and Mental Health Resident Reference Group

Closed 25 May 2021

Opened 18 May 2021

Overview

We are currently seeking volunteers to join our Residents Reference Group to help co-design a core service offer for community services and mental health services in north central London.

Your role will be to attend meetings to bring in the voice and experience of patients / service users / carers / residents to discussions. You will be expected to actively work with and voice the opinions of patients/service users that you represent, as well as your own, liaising with patient/service user groups and keeping them updated.

Resident Reference Group members will be asked to act as a reference point to hear and consider the various strands of engagement the CCG is undertaking as part of the reviews. Additionally, Group members will be tasked with testing and reflecting on the outputs and ideas emerging from the reviews and feedback from the Resident Reference Group will be shared with and feed into the review programme accordingly.

There will be four meetings, held on the following dates:

  • Thursday 3 June 2pm – 3.30pm
  • Thursday 1 July 2pm – 3.30pm
  • Thursday 29 July 1.30pm – 3pm
  • Thursday 16 September 2pm – 3.30pm

Given the current pandemic situation, the meetings will be held virtually.
