Change to the location of Cricklewood GP Health Centre

Dear Patient

Cricklewood GP Health Centre is currently located at Britannia Business Centre, Cricklewood Lane, Cricklewood, London NW2 1DZ.

The landlord of the building in which the health centre is located has submitted plans to demolish and redevelop the site and has requested that the practice vacate the premises by 31 March 2021. NCL CCG is currently supporting discussions with the landlord and the practice to extend the tenancy to 31 August 2021.

North Central London (NCL) Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has been looking at other potential premises with the aim of securing another suitable site within 1 mile of the current practice. Only two potential sites have been identified but these are located in Brent Cross and Edgware, more than 2.4 miles from where the current practice is.

NCL CCG would like you to share your initial views on travelling more than 2 miles (2.4 – 3 miles) from where you live. You may share your views with us until 9 December 2020.

What happens next

NCL CCG will review your feedback and listen to the views of other stakeholders such as Healthwatch, local councillors and MPs. We will write to all patients in January 2021 to let you know about the new provider and where the practice will be located.
