How are you? Communities, COVID-19 and you

Overview

The coronavirus (COVID-19) is rapidly changing the way we go about our day-to-day lives and has been a challenging time for our communities in Haringey.

We would like to invite you to share your experiences on daily life during the pandemic. The information could be used at local and national level to ensure we are offering the right support to residents at the right time over the coming months.

The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Please read each question carefully and answer as honestly as you can. Your responses will be kept anonymous and all your information will be stored securely and seen only by researchers in Haringey Council’s Public Health team and NHS North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group.

You will have the option to enter your name into a prize draw and have a chance to win one of three £50 high street shopping vouchers.
