Camden PPG Forum (January 2021)

Overview

Dear PPG members,

The purpose of the survey is to give you the opportunity to influence the agenda for the next General Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG) forum meeting which will be held online in January (via MS Teams).

Camden Patient & Public Engagement Group (CPPEG) would very much welcome topics that you might like to have on the agenda for discussion or information, as we want PPG members to steer the agenda.

Some suggestions that we have received from CPPEG PPG members to date have been incorporated into this short questionnaire. We have also added questions which relate to how you feel general practices have engaged with their PPGs during the last eight months and if you feel there is ways to adapt engagement over the next six month.

The questionnaire should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
