North Central London CCGs’ Clinical Leadership Review

Overview

We are committed to maintaining strong clinical leadership as a single North Central London (NCL) CCG from April 2020. To support this we are carrying out a clinical leadership review across the five NCL CCGs. The review will result in a series of recommendations that will inform the model for clinical leadership under the new single NCL CCG.

The review has a Steering Group with clinical representation from each CCG and an independent clinical Chair – Dr Mateen Jiwani. It is supported by members of the NCL CCG Executive Management Team. It will include interviews and this survey.

The survey is an important part of the review, running from Friday 29 November – Sunday 15 December. It will help us:

• Understand the experience of clinical leads, and those who work with them, under the current NCL CCGs’ clinical leadership models.
• Gauge views on the priorities for the future model of clinical leadership under the single NCL CCG.

The survey is open to all current CCG Clinical Leads in NCL, all current staff from NCL CCGs, and a number of our partners from across the health and social care system.
